Known Limitations/ Considerations
LinkedIn Courses: Theseare made up of a selection of video and e-learning items and are not searchable or visible within Learn Amp. The singular items (Video/E-learning) that make up the course are however accessible via Learn Amp. If a user completes a course in LinkedIn, the completion activity of it’s the items that make it up will be recorded in Learn Amp.
User Email: The email address associated with the each users Learn Amp account must match the email address the email address associated with the users linked account. If the email does not match, the user will not be able to move from Learn Amp to LinkedIn Learning to complete content, not will completion data from LinkedIn Learning transfer in to Learn Amp.
LinkedIn Learning Licenses: Each user that wishes to access LinkedIn Learning content from Learn Amp must have a LinkedIn Learning license in order to access and digest content.
