Main Features
By connecting your Hi Bob HiBob account to Learn Amp:
All of your users that are stored in Hi Bob HiBob will automatically be synced in to Learn Amp
New users added to your Hi Bob HiBob account will automatically be added to Learn Amp
Any changes to user details in Hi Bob HiBob (Job Title, Department, etc) will be reflected in Learn Amp
You can choose when new users are invited in to the system

Syncing Additional Information
Yes, It is possible to sync additional or different data points from Hi Bob HiBob in to learn Amp. For example, You may decide that it would be useful to map data from your sub department field in Hi Bob HiBob into Learn Amp’s Primary_team rather than using the standard Department field.

Known Limitations/ Considerations
Team Managers: The Hi Bob HiBob integration will sync each individual users' manager into Learn Amp if the data is available to do so. This is what is known as an Override Manager in Learn Amp. The Integration does not have the ability sync Team/Department managers in to Learn Amp. However, Team managers can be configured within Learn Amp to work in conjunction with Override Managers. Your Implementation Coach can provide further details on this.

Team Hierarchy: Hi Bob HiBob will create a team for each of the individual departments that are stored in your Hi Bob HiBob account. These will be presented as a flat structure in your Learn Amp account and will not consider any parent/child relationships between your departments.

How the Platforms Connect
Learn Amp connects to Hi Bob HiBob using an API token which can be generated by an Administrator of your Hi Bob HiBob account. Learn Amp will then generate a unique webhook URL that you can use to create a series of subscriptions based on specific events in Hi BobHiBob. When an event subscription is triggered, Hi Bob HiBob will automatically sync any new or updated user information to Learn Amp

Required Stakeholders
To set up our Integration with Hi BobHiBob, you will need somebody with administrator level access to your Hi Bob HiBob account. This person will also need administrator level access to your Learn Amp Live account for the period of time in which the Integration is being set up.

Providing you have all of the webhooks event subscriptions enabled as per the integration set up instructions, Hi Bob HiBob should send the updated information over to Learn Amp. This may not happen instantly so allow some time for the change to become visible in Learn Amp. Should the updated Information still not appear in Learn Amp, press the ‘Import all from Hi Bob’ HiBob’ button on the Hi Bob HiBob integration page within your Learn Amp account. |

Learn Amp does not automatically sync with Hi Bob HiBob on a daily basis. After the initial sync where all users are moved into Learn Amp for the first time, Hi Bob HiBob will will sync information when an event subscription webhook is triggered. For example, If a new user is created, or a user’s job title changes. |
