If you choose to select an expiry date for the item (or learnlist, or channel), then once the expiry date has passed, the following will happen: If ‘Receive an email notification’ is selected (see screenshot below), then Admins, Curators and Learning Designers will all receive a notification with a link to the item, notifying them that the item has expired Image AddedContent will no longer be searchable in the library, and will disappear from any learnlists/ channels it has been added to Admins, Curators, Learning Designers and any Learners who have been given additional permission to edit that content will be able to make any updates and change expiry date, which will effectively ‘un-expire’ the content. Admins, Curators and Learning Designers can do this by navigating to Manage > Items and using the filter ‘expires’ Once un-expired, the content will immediately re-appear in any learnlists or channels it was added to
