Featured channels will display on the Dashboard regardless of visibility settingsThe channels available to add as a Featured Channel are determined by the channel’s visibility settings.
Hidden: These channels will not appear as options in the Featured Channel widget
Selected: Channels that are visible to selected individuals/teams/groups will appear as options in the Featured Channel widget
Everyone: These channels will appear as options in the Featured Channel Widget

If you choose to feature a channel that is only visible to ‘selected’ individuals/teams/groups, the channel will only appear on the Dashboard for those individuals/teams/groups. If a user is not part of the required teams/groups or does not have individual visibility of the channel, then the widget will be hidden from their Dashboard. |
