2. Setting or updating Access rights

Follow the below steps to set the correct permissions:

  1. Choose ‘Select people by condition’ (as per below image)

  1. window will appear, prompting you to select conditions.

  2. Ensure to add the condition: “Lifecycle status” → “Equals” → Check all the available options and click “Apply”.

When selecting ‘Everyone’ we have detected that in certain circumstances Hibob will filter out some users depending on their condition.

But ultimately, if you really don’t want users with a certain condition/status to have any access, like terminated users, then remove the option from the Lifecycle status.

This is going to be necessary to ensure all the user data additions and updates are correctly passed into Learn Amp, so that nothing is left out of sync when changes are made on the HiBob side.
On the Learn Amp side, we will handle the logic of syncing all the relevant users.
