Creating a Service User
Once you have logged in to your Hibob account here. You will be met with your home page. Navigate to the settings at the bottom left-hand corner.

Setting Permissions
You should now go to the account tab and select permission groups.

You will then see all your current permission groups - You you can add a service user (Learn Amp) to an existing permission group, however, we recommend that you create a new permission group exclusive to Learn Amp.

2. Setting or updating Access rights

Before you save the permission groups there are a couple of considerations:
Do you want everyone in your organisations that have a Hibob account to be able to log in to Learn Amp?
If not what are the conditions that you want your Learn Amp users to have?
Are there any users excluding Hibob users that you want them to have access to Learn Amp?
If it is everyone on Hibob you can toggle ‘Everyone’
If no, then you have to toggle ‘select people by condition’ and input the properties of the users that you want to have synced to Learn Amp

Terminated Employees
To reflect terminated employees in Learn Amp:
In Hibob,
Go to the group criteria
Select "Select People by Condition"
Click "Edit"
Check "Terminated"
Save
Then:
“People’s data” tab and the “Access rights” section.
If you’re not redirected automatically, or need to edit the group, go to System setting → Account → Permission Groups → Click on the group → People’s data.

If you already created the group, proceed with the following steps to edit the Access rights for the existing group. |
Follow the below steps to set the correct permissions:
Choose ‘Select people by condition’ (as per below image)

A pop-up window will appear, prompting you to select conditions.
Ensure to add the condition: “Lifecycle status” → “Equals” → Check all the available options and click “Apply”.

3. Update “Lifecycle” section
Go to the group tab
On the "Search Permission" input, type "View selected employees' Lifecycle sections"
Click it, and you will be taken to the checkbox, and the checkbox will be highlighted
Check the option: "View selected employees' Lifecycle sections"
Click "Save"

Once these properties have been set you can hit ‘Apply’ and then ‘Save’ on the permission group settings.

Refreshing the Token
Navigate back to the ‘Service Users’ tab under integrations in settings and select ‘refresh tokens’.
