You may wish to delete a user who has left your organisation, follow these steps to do so.

What happens when a user is deleted?

Deleting a user permanently removes their profile and all associated data. This means that they cannot log in, and there is no way to recover their data so only do so if you are 100% sure. If you just wish to deactivate the user (retaining their information, learner data etc.) then follow the steps to deactivate a user here

How do I delete a user?

  • Find the user you wish to delete, either by searching or through the people logs.

  • Click 'Edit' on their user info.

  • Scroll to the bottom of the page and click 'Delete'.

  • A confirmation prompt will pop-up, if you are sure you want to delete, click 'OK'.

  • The user will now be deleted!
