đ€ Question: How does archived content behave in the Logs?
đ± Answer: Task Log and Activity Log will now show the word âarchivedâ after the name of the content, once it has been archived. Archiving content will no longer cause any âcompletedâ tasks to disappear from Task Log.
This will hopefully make things easier for your users who log in and view historic tasks for past content. (Tasks for archived content will continue to feed into Grip via API, if applicable).
Any ânot yet completedâ tasks or tasks that are set up to recur in the future will be removed from the Task log when the content gets Archived, so that users are not stuck in limbo - unable to complete tasks for the content they cannot access because it has been archived.
We have brought back tasks that were missing from the task log, due to content being completed - where possible. However, the content archived before the change we made on December 5th, 2022 would have already removed all associated tasks.
