Note: Curators can be granted reporting access via their user settings. Managers see only data for their direct and indirect reports.


Quick-Start Guide

Step 1: Access Reporting

From the left-hand navigation bar, click Reporting.

Step 2: Choose Your Report

You'll see a series of tiles representing different reports. Click on the tile that matches what you want to analyse.

Step 3: Apply Filters

Most reports allow you to filter by:

  • Date range

  • Teams or Groups

  • Content type

  • User attributes

Step 4: Export Data

Click Actions > Export CSV to download your filtered data for offline analysis.
