Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)
Q: Why can't I see the People Log?
A: Check that you have an appropriate role (Admin, Owner, HR, Reporter) or that you are a Manager with direct reports.
Q: Can I download logs for multiple teams at once?
A: Yes. Use filters to segment your view before exporting a CSV.
Q: Why is content showing as "Not Complete"?
A: Only fully completed items are marked as "Completed". Partially completed Learnlists or Channels will show as not complete until all required items are finished.
Q: What does the Refresh button do?
A: The refresh button recalculates completion statistics for the selected scope. This is useful if you've recently made changes and want to see updated figures.
Q: Can I save my filter settings?
A: Yes. After applying your filters, use the Actions menu to save your configuration as a report for quick access later.
Q: Can I see user completions at the parent or child company level?
A: There is currently no way to see user completions from parent or child accounts. The logs only show completions for content within that specific child account. See the Reporting & Logs page for more about logs available for child accounts.
