Q&A: How does archived content behave in the Logs?
Q&A: How does archived content behave in the Logs?
Task Log and Activity Log will now show the word ‘Archived’ after the name of the content, once it has been archived.
Archiving content will no longer cause any “Completed” tasks to disappear from Task Log.
Tasks for archived content will continue to feed into Grip via API, if applicable.
Any ‘Not yet completed’ tasks or tasks that are set up to recur in the future will be removed from the Task log when content is Archived.
Where possible, we have recreated historical tasks that had been completed when content was archived. However, the content archived before the change we made on December 5th, 2022 would have already removed all associated tasks.
