You can now tag users with a label e.g. 'Overdue', to help you identify particular users in reports, or issue learning interventions (content) to them via groups. Labels are to users, as tags are to content.

where are lables accessible?

Labels can help you to:

(blue star)Find a user again by viewing and filtering reports.

(blue star) Create reports to show all matches
e.g. if I tag a user with 'Overdue' then I can filter by this and show all matches. This can be a report that I view, share, and/or export.

(blue star) Apply 'Learning Interventions': You can set content for a group including a particular label
e.g. you can send a reminder of the employee handbook to users who go overdue multiple times on compliance training to remind them of the disciplinary procedure.

How do I use labels?

You can add labels to users by:

  • Clicking on the three pips next to the user’s avatar on their overview page

  • Selecting Edit details

  • Scrolling down on the key info page

  • Adding your intended labels within the More about [user] section

How to search for users using labels?

You use labels to find users by:

  • In the top navigation bar, click on People then select Individuals

  • Click on Filters, then select Labels

  • Type in then select your chosen Label(s)


Importing labels

To import labels via Learn Amp:

Option A-

In the top navigation bar, click on your avatar

Select Company settings

In the left-hand sidebar, click on Imports

Select Users import

Option B-

In the top navigation bar, click on the + sign

Select People

Click on Many users (bulk importer)

From here you can add the relevant Labels for each user within the CSV you upload (if needed, we provide an easy-to-use template)

You can also import labels via your integration, if applicable.
