Filters and reporting on the Task Log

How do I filter on the Task Log?

  1. In the left-hand sidebar, click on the Manage icon, select Compliance, and then Tasks.

  2. Aside from using the Segment, Scheduled, and Deadline filters, you can click on the Advanced filter.

  3. You will now be able to see the full set of filters.

  4. You can use the tiles at the top of the Log to refine your search further, e.g. ‘In progress’.

  5. You can also use the And / Or filters, to achieve an even more specific search.

Please note that if you’re looking for a specific task you would need to ensure that the Date and Completion status filter are set correctly to ensure that the task appears.

 

How do I create reports on the Task log?

  1. After applying your chosen filters, select Save report.

  2. Fill in your desired report settings then save it.

Please note that you can also export the contents of the Task Log to CSV, by clicking the Export CSV button.
