Archiving an event

Archiving an event or event session will cancel the event.

For upcoming event sessions, all enrolled and approved learners will receive an event cancelled email notification. All enrolled users will be unenrolled from the event.

For past event sessions, all enrolled learners will not receive a notification and their enrolment status will not change.

Administrators will retain records of users enrolled and approved on archived events.
