What Event notifications can be sent out?

It is possible to configure an Event to notify selected users when Event is updated.

When creating/updating an Event, you can select various notifications to be sent out.

These notifications are available in Create/Edit Event wizard > 1. Event Info > Advanced settings

The list of updates that can be set to trigger a notification includes:

  • New applications

  • Enrolments

  • Completion / attendence

  • Cancellations

  • Waiting list joiners

You can also choose who will receive the notification.

To choose multiple users, pick Selected users option and type user names in the dropdown box.

+Add message allows you to customise the notification sent to the selected users.
