Pick expertise from the dropdown box on the Directory page
You will be presented will all expertise tags added by users in their profiles
You can look for users based on their field of expertise
This option is especially useful if you’re looking to connect with someone who has knowledge in a specific area
Search by Name
On the Directory page, you can search users by name
Their profile preview will be shown together with their fields of expertise
With this option, you can check what fields of expertise your colleagues have
