Content Libraries

Content Libraries

Overview

Content Libraries in Learn Amp provide access to curated collections of learning content from trusted partners and internal sources. They allow administrators to manage, organise, and control which content is available to learners across the platform.

By centralising content from multiple providers, Content Libraries make it easier to deliver high-quality learning experiences without creating everything from scratch.

Functionality Breakdown

Content Libraries serve as organised repositories of learning Items. Administrators can:

  • View all available libraries and their contents

  • Approve or reject content from partner libraries before it appears on the platform

  • Control content visibility for different user groups

  • Organise content into Categories for easier navigation

  • Perform batch actions across multiple Items

  • Monitor content ratings and engagement

Libraries can include content from:

  • Learn Amp Library – Native content created within your organisation

  • Partner Libraries – Third-party content from providers like Microlearn, Skillshub, Intellezy, and others

When new content is added to a partner library, it enters a pending state until an administrator approves it for use.
