Checking User Invite Status
Overview
When managing users in Learn Amp, it's important to know whether someone has been invited but not yet accepted, joined and confirmed their account, or been deactivated from the platform.
This guide shows you how to quickly check the invite status of any individual and understand what each status means.

Quick Start Guide
Step 1: Navigate to the Individuals page
From the sidebar, go to People → Individuals.
Step 2: View invite statuses
The list of users will display their Status in a dedicated column. You can see at a glance who has confirmed, who is pending, and who has been deactivated.
Step 3: Filter by status (optional)
Use the filters at the top of the page to search by specific statuses. This is helpful when you want to see only pending invites or only confirmed users.
Status Definitions
Status | Description |
|---|---|
Not yet invited | The user has been added to the platform, but no invite has been sent yet |
Invite scheduled | An invite has been scheduled to be sent at a future time |
Invite pending | An invite has been sent, but the user hasn't accepted yet |
Confirmed | The user has successfully accepted the invite and joined the platform |
Deactivated | The user's account has been disabled |
Understanding Deactivated Users
When a user is deactivated:
Temporary data (like event enrolments or upcoming tasks) is removed
Permanent data (like completed learning records) remains in the system for reporting
If the user is later reactivated:
Permanent data is restored
Temporary data will not be recovered
FAQs
Q: Can I re-invite someone with a "Pending" status?
Yes. Navigate to their profile and choose to resend the invite. This sends a fresh email with a new activation link.
Q: What if someone doesn't receive their invite?
Ask them to check their spam/junk folder. You can also resend the invite from their profile page.
Q: How can I bulk filter for unconfirmed users?
Use the status filter at the top of the Individuals page and select "Invite Pending" to see all users who haven't yet accepted.
Q: How long does a user stay in "Invite Pending" status?
Indefinitely, until they accept the invite or an admin manually confirms their account by setting a password.
