How do I resend a user's invite?
If users have yet to accept their invite, it may help to resend it.
The user may simply not have noticed the invite or accidentally deleted it. In which case resending the invite may prompt them:
Click 'People' > 'Individuals' in the navigation.
Filter by status: At the top of the page, you can filter by status. To just show pending invites, untick all other boxes.
Click on the 3 dots on the row of the relevant person and click 'Resend invite'.
Clicking this will immediately send another invite, check back in to see if their status changes.
