Resending User Invites
Overview
Sometimes users don't respond to their initial invitation—they may have missed the email, accidentally deleted it, or the link may have expired. In these cases, resending the invite is a quick way to prompt them to join.
This guide shows you how to resend invites to individual users or identify users who need a reminder.
Pre-requisites
Before you begin, ensure you have:
Access to the People section in Learn Amp
The user must have a status of "Invite Pending"
Role Requirements
You must have one of the following roles to resend invites:

Quick Start Guide
Step 1: Navigate to the Individuals page
From the sidebar, go to People → Individuals.
Step 2: Filter by "Invite Pending" status
At the top of the page, use the status filter to show only users with pending invites. This helps you quickly identify who hasn't yet accepted.
Step 3: Resend the invite
Find the user you want to re-invite, then:
Click the three dots (⋮) on their row
Select Resend invite
The system will immediately send a fresh invitation email with a new activation link.
Alternative: Set a Password Manually
If resending the invite doesn't work (e.g., the user's email is bouncing), you can manually set a password to confirm their account:
Step 1: Find the user
Search for the user or navigate to their profile.
Step 2: Set their password
Click the three dots (⋮) on their row
Select Set password
Enter a secure temporary password
Step 3: Inform the user
Contact the user directly with:
Their login email
The temporary password
Instructions to change their password after logging in
This effectively confirms their account without needing the email invite.
FAQs
Q: Does resending an invite invalidate the previous link?
Yes. When you resend an invite, any previous activation links expire immediately.
Q: How many times can I resend an invite?
There's no limit. You can resend as many times as needed.
Q: Can I resend invites in bulk?
Currently, invites must be resent individually. For large numbers of pending users, consider using the batch importer with the "send invites" option.
