How to re-activate a user?

Question: How to re-activate a user?

Answer: You can reactivate a user manually or through an import.

 

Reactivate users manually by finding them in People>Individuals>Deactivated users.

Find the user you want to re-activate and click 3 dots on the left>re-activate user.

 

If your system is connected with any Integration feeding data through, you’ll need to make sure, that this user is re-activated in the other system so that the data can come through to Learn Amp. In this case, a change made manually will be overwritten by the information sent through by Integration.
