What are the various user permissions allowed to do?

Different user permissions affect what your users can do in the system. Read below to see what each role can do.

First and foremost, everyone in Learn Amp is a Learner, that acts as a baseline of permissions. The other roles are then added in addition to that.

Open

A learner

Can:

• View content, Items, Quizzes etc.

• View their own activity and the overview of activity within their Teams

• View their own 1-to-1s & Objectives

• Amend their own settings

Can't:

• Add or edit content

• View activity of the Group or Company in which they learn

• Set or approve budget settings

A curator

Can:

• View, add, edit and delete content, Items, Quizzes etc.

• View, add, edit and delete Tasks

• View, add, edit and delete assessments

• View the profile of any Teams they are part of

• View their own 1-to-1s & Objectives or those that they have created

• Amend their own settings

Can't:

• Login as other users

• View activity of the Group or Company in which they learn

• Set or approve budget settings.
