What are permissions and how do I use them?

In this article, you will learn about the different types of permissions on the platform and how to use them.

What are permissions?

Permissions affect what each role can do in the system. The permissions granted to Learners act as a baseline for all users. Extra permissions are then granted to users depending on what role they have, as well as any extra titles eg. Manager.

Please note:

  • User added content can be toggled on/off for all users

  • Team managers + coaches have this permission

Confirm Event attendance

Please note:

  • All users cannot confirm attendance unless they are event hosts

  • Team managers + coaches can only confirm event attendance for their managed users if they are the event host
