FAQs
Q: I completed a course but it's not showing in Learn Amp yet. Why?
Completion data syncs once daily at 20:00 UTC. If you completed the course recently, wait until after the next sync. If it's been more than 24 hours, contact your administrator.
Q: Do I need to launch content from Learn Amp for it to track?
No. Whether you access LinkedIn Learning through Learn Amp or directly via LinkedIn, your completions will sync back to Learn Amp automatically.
Q: I don't have a LinkedIn Learning license. Can I still see the content?
You can see LinkedIn Learning items in Learn Amp, but you won't be able to launch or complete them. Contact your administrator about obtaining a license.
Q: Can I save LinkedIn Learning items to complete later?
Yes. You can add them to your personal Learnlist or save them using Learn Amp's bookmarking features.
Troubleshooting
Issue | Solution |
|---|---|
"Access denied" when launching content | Verify you have an active LinkedIn Learning license. Check that your email matches in both systems. |
Completion not appearing after 24 hours | Contact your administrator to verify the integration is working correctly. |
Content redirects to wrong LinkedIn account | Log out of LinkedIn, then try again and log into the correct account. |
Can't find LinkedIn Learning content | Check the Library filters—ensure you're not excluding external content types. |
