FAQs

Q: Where does Learn Amp store customer data?
All data is hosted securely using trusted cloud infrastructure providers. Specific details are available in our security documentation.

Q: Is Learn Amp GDPR compliant?
Yes. We are fully compliant with GDPR and other relevant data protection legislation. You can review our full policy at https://gdpr.learnamp.com.

Q: How can I request more information or raise a data concern?
Please contact your Customer Success Manager or submit a request via our Customer Portal.

Q: What should I do if I forget my password?
Use the "Forgot password?" link on the login screen. You'll receive an email with a reset link that expires after 52 hours.

Q: Can Admins see user passwords?
No. Admins can reset passwords but cannot view existing ones. Passwords are securely encrypted.

Q: What makes a strong password?
Longer, memorable passwords are more secure than short complex ones. Use unrelated words, mix in numbers and symbols, and avoid common patterns. Learn Amp also prevents reuse of your last 8 passwords.

Q: What happens if I enter my password incorrectly too many times?
After 10 failed attempts, your account is temporarily locked for 30 minutes. See our Account Lockout Protection article for details.

Q: Does Learn Amp support Single Sign-On?
Yes. We support Google, Microsoft, Microsoft Entra ID, Okta, ADFS, Auth0, and Slack SSO. Contact your Customer Success Manager to enable SSO.

Q: How does Learn Amp handle data for users who leave the organisation?
Owners can configure automatic pseudonymisation to anonymise deactivated users' data after a set period (1–7 years). See User Pseudonymisation for details.

Troubleshooting

Issue

Solution

Issue

Solution

Can't log in after password reset

Retype the password carefully—avoid copy/paste which can include hidden characters. Both email and password are case-sensitive.

Password marked as "Too weak"

Try using unrelated words, add more symbols, or increase the overall length. Avoid your name, company name, or common words.

Reset email not received

Check your spam/junk folder. If still missing, ask an Admin to set a temporary password manually.

Reset link expired

Request a new reset link. Links expire after 52 hours, and requesting a new one invalidates previous links.

Account locked out

Wait 30 minutes for temporary locks, or contact your Admin. See Account Lockout Protection for more details.

SSO button not appearing

Your company may not have SSO enabled. Contact your Admin or Customer Success Manager.
