FAQs

Q: What API and data senders does Learn Amp use?
Learn Amp offers several integration options:

  • Direct integrations – Pre-built connections with systems like HiBob HRIS

  • sFTP – Automatic user synchronisation via CSV uploads (works with ADP, Core HR, and others)

  • Zapier – Connect Learn Amp with any Zapier-compatible system

  • Learn Amp API – JSON REST API for custom integrations

Q: Do new users have to accept Terms and Conditions when logging in via SSO for the first time?
Yes. If you have configured T&Cs in your Company Settings, users logging in for the first time (including via SSO) will need to accept them before accessing the platform.

Q: Can I assign a task to all my accounts (Customer, Contractor, Partner) at once?
No, it isn't possible to assign a single task across all accounts. You'll need to switch to each account individually and create the task for users within that specific account.
