Session Security
Learn Amp includes automatic session management to keep your account secure.
Automatic Logout Behaviour
Setting | Behaviour |

Custom Session Timeout
Administrators can configure custom timeout settings in Company Settings > Security:
Enable no-activity timeout to automatically log out idle users
Specify a custom timeout period
Default is 7 days if timeout is enabled but no custom period is set

FAQs
Q: Does Learn Amp support Internet Explorer?
No. As of 17th June 2022, Internet Explorer is no longer supported. Please use a modern browser such as Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Edge.
Q: How long will I stay logged in?
If you select "Remember me" when logging in, you'll remain logged in for two weeks. Without this option, your session expires after 30 minutes of inactivity.
Q: Can administrators change the session timeout?
Yes. Administrators can enable and configure custom no-activity timeout settings in Company Settings > Security.
