Will dashboards created for a Manager audience be visible to Admins who are not managers?

Admins who are not managers can still see those dashboards via Company Settings → Dashboards → find the dashboard in the list and click on it to open it, or via direct link to the dashboard. However, these will not be visible for them in the list of dashboards appearing in the Home page.
