Why is my dashboard not visible in the system?

If your dashboard is not visible, it might be because it hasn’t been made visible to the necessary roles in the system. You need to assign visibility to the "Admin" and "Owner" roles.

Follow the steps below to resolve this issue:

Access Company Settings:

  • Click on your Profile Picture located in the upper right corner of the screen.

  • Select Company Settings from the dropdown menu.

Navigate to Dashboards:

  • In the Company Settings, go to the Dashboard section.

  • Find and select the dashboard you have created.

Edit Dashboard Settings:

  • Click on the More options icon (three dots) next to the selected dashboard.

  • Choose Edit Dashboard from the dropdown options.

Assign Visibility:

  • In the Edit Dashboard window, look for the option to assign roles.

  • Ensure that the checkboxes for "Admin" and "Owner" roles are ticked.

Save Changes:

  • Once you've ticked the appropriate roles, save your changes.
