Dashboard Options and Settings
Overview
Dashboard Options and Settings control global behaviours and administrative functions for all Dashboards in your organisation. From this area, you can enable Manager Dashboards, perform batch operations, and configure system-wide Dashboard preferences.
This page covers the settings that affect all Dashboards, as opposed to individual Dashboard configuration.
Functionality Breakdown
Global Dashboard Options
Setting | Description |

Batch Operations
Batch operations allow you to update multiple Dashboards at once:

Pre-requisites
To access and modify Dashboard Options:
You must have Owner or Admin role
Navigate to Settings in the sidebar, then select Dashboards

Accessing Dashboard Options
Navigate to Settings in the sidebar
Select Dashboards
Click on the Options tab (if available) or look for global settings
Enabling Manager Dashboards
Navigate to Settings → Dashboards → Options
Find the Manager Dashboards setting
Toggle to Enabled
Save your changes
Managers will now see an option to create their own Dashboards.
Performing Batch Visibility Updates
Navigate to Settings → Dashboards
Select multiple Dashboards using the checkboxes
Click the Batch Actions button
Choose Update Visibility
Select the roles you want to update
Apply the changes
💡 Tip: Batch operations are useful when rolling out a new role or reorganising your Dashboard structure.

Q: Do existing Manager Dashboards disappear if I disable the feature?
No. Existing Manager Dashboards remain accessible. Managers just won't be able to create new ones.
Q: Can I limit which managers can create Dashboards?
The setting applies to all managers equally. You cannot selectively enable it for specific managers.
Q: Do batch operations affect Manager Dashboards?
Batch operations typically apply to company Dashboards. Manager Dashboards are personal and managed individually.
Q: Can I undo a batch operation?
Batch operations cannot be directly undone. You would need to perform another batch operation or manually update affected Dashboards.
