Using the Reusable Image Library

Overview

The Reusable Image Library allows you to quickly apply previously uploaded images to new content, saving time and maintaining visual consistency across your platform.

Instead of uploading the same image multiple times or using default tile images, you can browse through images that have already been uploaded by anyone in your organisation.

Using the Image Library

When adding or editing content that uses a tile image, you can access the reusable image library:

Step 1: Edit Your Content

Open the edit form for an Item, Learnlist, Event, or Quiz.

Step 2: Access Recent Images

Next to the Tile image field, click Browse recent images.

Step 3: Select an Image

Browse through the available images—these are all images previously uploaded by your organisation. Click on your chosen image to select it.

Step 4: Save

Save your content. The selected image will now appear as the tile image.

You can use the reusable image library when editing:

• Items – Learning content tiles

• Learnlists – Collection tiles

• Events – Event tiles

• Quizzes – Quiz tiles

How the Library Works

• Organisation-wide – The library includes all images uploaded by anyone in your company

• Automatic population – When you upload a new tile image, it's automatically added to the library

• No manual management – You don't need to separately add images to the library

• Most recent first – Recently uploaded images appear at the top for easy access

Tips for Success

• Establish naming conventions – While you can't search the library, consistent image styles help with visual recognition

• Create a brand image set – Upload a collection of on-brand images that content creators can reuse

• Use consistent dimensions – Tile images work best at 524 x 306 pixels

• Coordinate with your team – Let content creators know about the library to avoid duplicate uploads
