How to enable Objectives

What are Objectives?

• OKRs (Objectives and Key Results) is a goal system that aims to create engagement and alignment within a company that allows employees to understand what they are working towards, and for what cause. 

  • An Objective is an overall goal.

  • Key Results are measurable results that must be completed for the overall Objective goal to be achieved.

• OKRs help to break down an overall goal into achievable steps on Individual, Team, and Company levels.

• With Objectives, users can see their OKRs and report on their progress.

How to enable Objectives

To use the feature, you will need to first have Perform package. Please see this link for more information.

If this package is enabled, you will be able to see the feature in Asses Tab>Objectives
