What is Q&A?
Q&A (Questions and Answers) is a feature, that allows users to create a community and engage users by allowing them to ask questions about content and answer other people’s queries.
With Q&A, you can:
allow users to post public and private questions under content
decide who will be the best person to answer them
designate experts, responsible for answering the questions
How to enable Q&A
To use the feature, you will need to first have a Connect or Perform package. Please see this link for more information.
