Q&A: I assigned a task but users didn't receive a notification...
One of the most common reasons for this is due to the tick box ‘If learner has completed this task, require them to complete it again’ not being checked.
Without this box checked any previous completions for users will not expire and their new task will automatically be marked as completed.
Without an active task the system won’t send a task notification out.
