Absolutely! You can define proficiency levels for each skill individually. This means that a Level 2 in Agile can have a different definition from a Level 2 in Communication, giving you more precise and tailored skill ratings.
Go to Company Settings → Learning Taxonomy → Manage Topics and click the options menu next to a topic.
