Q&A: What happens when clicking the option 'Report an issue'?
Any content that has been reported as an issue will be complied into a report on our side, this report is then reviewed every 2 weeks and any content that has been reported 5 times or more will be checked.
If confirmed that the issue is not on our side, then we will send an email out to your admin advising of the broken content.
If the issue is found to be on our side we will work to resolve the issue and send a confirmation email out to your admin.
