1-to-1 Visibility Options
Overview
1-to-1 Visibility Options allow you to control who can view sensitive 1-to-1 data within your organisation. These settings help balance transparency with privacy, ensuring the right people have access to the right information.
Functionality Breakdown
Visibility settings control two key areas:
Admin visibility – Whether users with Admin roles can view 1-to-1s
Team manager visibility – How managers access their team's 1-to-1s
Admin Visibility
Control whether Admins can see 1-to-1 content.
Setting | Effect |

💡 Tip: Consider your organisation's privacy requirements when enabling admin visibility.
