1-to-1 Visibility Options allow you to control who can view sensitive 1-to-1 data within your organisation. These settings help balance transparency with privacy, ensuring the right people have access to the right information.


Functionality Breakdown

Visibility settings control two key areas:

  • Admin visibility – Whether users with Admin roles can view 1-to-1s

  • Team manager visibility – How managers access their team's 1-to-1s


Admin Visibility

Control whether Admins can see 1-to-1 content.

Configuring Visibility Settings

  1. Navigate to Settings → Company Settings in the sidebar

  4. Save changes

⚠️ Note: Only Owners and Admins can modify company-wide visibility settings.

Q: Can I set visibility per template?
No—visibility settings are company-wide and apply to all 1-to-1s.
