What are 1-to-1 visibility options and how to use them?

What 1-to-1 visibility options are there

With these, you have an option to:

• Decide whether admins should be able to view user’s answers on 1-to-1 forms

• Decide whether the primary team manager can view answers on 1-to-1s within the sub-teams.

You can access Branding by clicking on your profile icon>Company Settings>1-to-1s

Admin visibility

With this option, you can decide if users with Admin system roles should be able to view 1-to-1s. When enabled, it gives all users with this system role access to answers submitted in their 1-to-1 forms by all users.

Team visibility

With this option, you can decide and the manager’s permissions when viewing 1-to-1 answers.

When Do not allow (primary) team managers to view 1-to-1s is disabled, primary team managers cannot view 1-to-1s of users, who are in the sub-teams of the primary team. Only direct managers (and Admins - if enabled) will be able to view the answers.

When Allow (primary) team managers to view 1-to-1s option is enabled, primary team managers can view 1-to-1 answers of users who are in sub-teams within their team, alongside the regular manager.

When Allow (primary) team managers and managers of their parent teams to view 1-to-1s is enabled, direct managers and parent team managers will be able to view the 1-to-1, but primary team managers, will not.
