Who can see 1-to-1s?

Find out who can see 1-to-1s.

In this article you'll be able to find the full list of users who can see 1-to-1s.

Users who can see 1-to-1s are as follows:

• Anyone with the role of Owner

• Anyone with the role of HR

• Anyone with the role of Admin, if the configuration setting for 1-to-1s permits Admins to view

• Manager, if the reviewee of the 1-to-1 is directly managed by the user, or the user is sub-managed, i.e. the manager manages their manager

Please note that... Secondary Managers of Teams cannot see the 1-to-1s.

At this time, we do not have the functionality to support any other users (apart from those listed above) to be able to see 1-to-1s.
