Quiz Question Bank
Overview
The Quiz Question Bank allows you to centrally create, organise, and manage reusable questions for assessments. By building a shared repository, authorised users can create quizzes more efficiently while providing learners with a dynamic, varied experience through optional question randomisation.
This feature helps teams maintain consistency, streamline authoring, and reduce repeated manual setup when creating similar or recurring quizzes.
⚠️ Warning: From 2026-04-28, Learning Designer access to Quiz Question Banks is toggle-controlled and defaults to off. Learning Designers who previously had unconditional access will lose that access until an admin enables the "Create and manage quiz question banks" toggle for them. See Who Can Manage Question Banks below, and the Roles page for instructions on enabling the toggle.
Functionality Breakdown
The Quiz Question Bank enables you to:
Create and manage multiple banks of reusable quiz questions
Add, edit, and organise questions directly within each bank
Reuse questions across multiple quizzes without duplication
Randomise question selection to create unique quiz attempts for learners
View key details at a glance, including total questions and last updated date
