Q&A: Is it possible to set up a 1-2-1 between an individual and their Coach (not their manager)?

Currently, there isn't a way to do this on the platform. You may want to temporarily set the coach as the user's override manager and then assign the 1-2-1, but you will need to ensure you remove them once the 1-2-1 is complete.
