Q&A: Why does the Featured Channel widget editor not show all available Channels on the platform?

Answer: Only “Entire company visibility” channels will appear in the ‘Featured Channel’ widget.

Although, our product and tech teams are planning to expand this to include selected visibility channels in the future. In the meantime, I would suggest using the ‘Visible channels’ widget, as this will show all channels made visible to each user.

Please note that, if a channel has selected visibility and is then added to the featured channels widget. Users who have access to this dashboard but not the channel will not be able to see the featured channel (as the channel’s visibility settings override the featured widget visibility settings).
